Lions of Illinois Foundation
Fellows Award

A Foundation Fellow is the greatest level of recognition that can be bestowed by the Lions of Illinois Foundation and can honor anyone (Lion or non-Lion).  This "gift" will forever designate the recipient as an honored member of the Foundation Fellows - our select members and friends who have provided the means to offer vision and hearing services today and tomorrow.

What is a Foundation Fellow?
The Foundation Fellow is a means of showing commitment to the Lions of Illinois Foundation and to its vision of creating a permanent vehicle for the delivery of programs to the visually and hearing impaired.  It is tangible evidence of a dedication to establishing a lasting legacy.

This year's Foundation Fellows were selected by
Lion President John Johnston, PDG Lion Michael Johnston
and Lion Past President Craig Freels.

Lion Van C. Stone, executive administrator of the Lions of Illinois Foundation, joined the Central City Lions Club on Wednesday,
February 3, 2010 to present the "Foundation Fellow" Award to
Lion Cecil Roper, Jr. and Lion Secretary Michael Young.
